Their task
Most people at the table are villagers. They belong to the village and win when no werewolf is left. At night the villager has nothing to do; by day all the more: listen, watch, talk and vote well.
How to play them
- Pay attention: who talks a lot, who not at all? Who changes their mind as soon as it gets tight?
- Remember the votes: who voted against whom? Werewolves often protect each other.
- Don’t decide too early: a rushed verdict often hits an innocent, and that pleases the wolves.
At night
In the classic night the villager keeps their eyes closed. In Whowolf’s night they tap anyway: they count sheep or make a neutral pick. So nobody at the table can see who is choosing a victim. In the morning the app shows how many sheep everyone counted, a hint but no proof.
The quiet villagers are a good hiding place for the werewolves, and a puzzle for the village.
